1.Collect clients' original data
2.Make record for each project&release data to design dept
3.Hold a meeting&discuss bofore design begins
4.make PEG report at first time,to ensure the feasibility of mold design.
5.Send drawings for customer's approval
6.Arrange mold manufacture
7.Actural mold progress checkup and report
8.Discuss with client for each unconfirmed problem
9.Trial samples inspection and measurement report
10.Clients's approved
11. Arrange shipment or bulk production of the mold
