Facilities

In order to meet such precise manufacture requirement, we have purchased many high precise requirements and provide the solid foundation for the precise components manufacturing. We have imported various advanced production machines, and world-class industrial flow of CAD/CAM to support the mould manufacturing.The output is able to reach 40~55 sets per month. At our facilities there are over 60 sets of precision equipments including mould making machines and injection machines.Basing on the advantage of the equipment, techniques and experience, as well as running 24 hours/3 shifts a day and 7days aweek, Highwave mould not only guarantees the precision of the mould but also greatly shortens the lead time.
We have trainen staff that utilize 6 Sigma and lean manufacturing principals to help manage our production facilities and to make sure we are maximizing our efficiencies
